Rock Band: Officially Dated & Priced for Australia

In a previous article, I mentioned how Guitar Hero: World Tour was going to be over $300 for the full package. Well today, EA announced that Rock Band (one NOT two) will finally be making its way to our shores November 7.

It will be $250 for the full package – drums, guitar, microphone, game, $180 for the drum package – drums, game, $140 for the guitar package- guitar, game, and $80 for the standalone game. This is a great price, I thought we would’ve been slammed with the $350 price tag but obviously, America has some spare bundles.

EA claims that when the game releases, there will be over 200 songs available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace. This should keep me going. 🙂
